TERMS & CONDITIONS

RIGHTS & USE

  1. Chamagoo, as the artist, has owns copyrights of the drawings and files. Including displaying, adversiting, printing, broadcasting, showcasing and more.

  2. Clients receives drawings in PNG & JPG only.

  3. Prices listed are for personal needs. Please do contact me first if you want to use it as commercial use.

  4. Please let me know if the art results will be used as freebies (both for free event or paid event).

  5. For International Client, I only accept for full payment if the total price from your order under $50.

  6. Payment methods: (local) BNI, BLU by BCA, OVO, GOPAY. (Intl) Paypal.

  7. Payment first before sketch, Full Payment or DP (50%) are accepted. There's no refund, unless I return it for some reason.

  8. NO AI DATA TRAINING USING ARTIST'S ARTS! if clients are proven to have used or trained artists art into AI, the client must pay at least $1000 for the damages they caused.

  9. Since generative AI is still targeting artist, it is advised to not to post HD/clean version anywhere on the internet. Including video format (youtube/tiktok/twich) and only post watermarked & glazed file. Thank you for your understanding.

  10. The prices are included: solid color background, 3 times revision and simple text.

PERSONAL USE COMMISSION

  1. Personal use are including use the art as photo profile picture, header, and print for their own self only.

  2. Client has rights to upload on personal account and or use it to roleplay for personal use only.

  3. Client's rights are only limited to personal usage only for the commission art.

FREEBIES COMMISSION

  1. Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as freebies.

  2. Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as freebies.

  3. An additional 40% of the total commission price will be charged if used as: freebies for paid event, freebies for shop/thank you message.

COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION

  1. Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as commercial use.

  2. Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as commercial use.

  3. Commercial use fee is started from range (base price) x 2, and so on. Kindly discuss to the artist.

  4. Both artist and client are required to agree and sign a commercial commission agreement, a letter will be given when a definite price is available.

WORK FLOW:

  • Discussion between the artist and client, give a clear reference: for the character and color palette. If a client uses someone else's art as a reference, the artist has the right to change some parts (according to the agreement) to avoid undesirable things.

  • Fill the commission form, to collect client's data (contact person) and reference list. After discussion, artist will send you commission form.

  • Make payment according to the total price before working on the sketch. It's okay to pay full or half payment.

  • After received the payment, artist will start working on sketch, estimated time is 1-3 days.

  • Revision session for sketches created, here minor revisions are not counted. Paid revisions (more than three times) will be charged if the sketch has been confirmed and coloring has been carried out.

  • The coloring session leading to the final result will be carried out after confirmation of the sketch, the estimated time used is around 4-7 days. Effective commission processing times are Wednesday-Friday, from 8 AM to 11 PM (GMT+7).

  • Another revision session after coloring.

  • If the results are correct, the artist will send the results via email written in the form.

  1. Fanarts of idols.

  2. Anime or manga characters.

  3. Original characters.

  4. Animals.

  5. Your own photo.

  6. All OTP (GL/BL) but SFW only.

WHAT I CAN'T DRAW?

  1. NSFW.

  2. Gore.

  3. Furry, but for animal ears/tails as decoration are accepted.

  4. Mecha, armor, or any too complicated design (clothes & background).

  5. NFT.
