TERMS & CONDITIONS

RIGHTS & USE

  1. Chamagoo, as the artist, has owns copyrights of the drawings and files. Including displaying, adversiting, printing, broadcasting, showcasing and more.

  2. Ordering a commission here means you agree that your order will be depicted in Chamagoo's style.

  3. Clients receives drawings in PNG & JPG only.

  4. Prices listed are for personal needs. Please do contact me first if you want to use it as commercial use.

  5. Please let me know if the art results will be used as freebies (both for free event or paid event).

  6. Payment first before sketch, Full Payment or DP (50%) are accepted. There's no refund, unless I return it for some reason.

  7. NO AI DATA TRAINING USING ARTIST'S ARTS! if clients are proven to have used or trained artists art into AI, the client must pay at least $1000 for the damages they caused.

  8. Since generative AI is still targeting artist, it is advised to not to post HD/clean version anywhere on the internet. Including video format (youtube/tiktok/twich) and only post watermarked & glazed file. Thank you for your understanding.

  9. Clients cannot request revisions after the file is received via email. (What is not allowed is a request to change the pose, canvas size, and color massively; colors that are very different from the original color)

  10. The prices are included: solid color background, 3 times revision and simple text.

PERSONAL USE COMMISSION

  1. Personal use are including use the art as photo profile picture, header, and print for their own self only.

  2. Client has rights to upload on personal account and or use it to roleplay for personal use only.

  3. Client's rights are only limited to personal usage only for the commission art.

FREEBIES COMMISSION

  1. Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as freebies.

  2. Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as freebies.

  3. An additional 40% of the total commission price will be charged if used as: freebies for paid event, freebies for shop/thank you message.

COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION

  1. Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as commercial use.

  2. Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as commercial use.

  3. Commercial use fee is started from range (base price) x 2, and so on. Kindly discuss to the artist.

  4. Both artist and client are required to agree and sign a commercial commission agreement, a letter will be given when a definite price is available.

WORK FLOW:

  • Client sent a request for commission to artist’s Direct Messsage/Email.

  • Discuss the prompt and fill commission form after reach the agreement.

  • Artist will send client the invoice for payment, the progress will start after client send the payment proof.

  • Sketch, base color determination, and revision sessions (max. 3 times revision, there will be no additional charges for sketch revisions that have not received a fixed base color).

  • Rendering, and revision sessions (max. 3 revision).

  • Sending files to the client after the final result is approved.

The work will not be done with a fast time flow (weekdays only), so if you want the order to be finished quickly you can tell the artist. Of course there will be an additional fee.

WHAT I CAN DRAW?

  1. All human, your self portrait, celebrity, etc. And it will be adjusted to the artist's style.

  2. Mascot (like k-pop idol mascot; zeroni, etc.)

  3. Animals.

  4. Any OTP (SFW only, ask artist for the limitations of SFW).

WHAT I CAN'T DRAW?

  1. NSFW, Gore, or things that can make the artist uncomfortable.

  2. Furry, but for animal ears/tails as decoration are accepted.

  3. Mecha, armor, or any too complicated design (clothes & background).

  4. NFT, and AI data training.
