general

Chamagoo, as the artist, has owns copyrights of the drawings and files. Including displaying, adversiting, printing, broadcasting, showcasing and more.
Ordering a commission here means you agree that your order will be depicted in my style.
Prices listed are for personal needs, unless commercial rights are purchased. Additional fees apply depending on services.
Payment first before sketch, Full Payment or DP (50%) are accepted. There's no refund, unless I return it for some reason.
NO NFT/AI DATA TRAINING USING MY ARTS! My work may not be used in AI data assets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
Clients cannot request revisions after the file is received via email. (What is not allowed is a request to change the pose, canvas size, and color massively; colors that are very different from the original color).

do(s) and don't(s)

All human, your self portrait, celebrity, etc. And it will be adjusted to the artist's style.
Mascot (like k-pop idol mascot; zeroni, etc.)
Animals.
BxG, GxG, BxB (SFW only, ask artist for the limitations of SFW).

NSFW, Gore, or things that can make the artist uncomfortable.
Furry, but for animal ears/tails as decoration are accepted.
Mecha, armor, or any too complicated design (clothes & background).
NFT, and AI data training.

You sent a request for commission to artist’s Direct Messsage/Email.
Discuss the prompt and fill commission form after reach the agreement.
Artist will send you the invoice for payment, the progress will start after you send the payment proof.
Sketch, base color, and revision sessions (max. 3 times revision, there will be no additional charges for sketch revisions that have not received a fixed base color).
Rendering, and revision sessions (max. 3 times revision).
Sending files to you after the final result is approved.

what will you get?

jpg file, png file, watermarked file (in jpg).
you can request an image without a background or transparent if necessary.
you cannot and are prohibited from requesting files in raw file form (such as psd, clip, or others).

revision

Revisions are only available during sketch phase and base color phase.
Free revisions are only available for 3 times, after which a fee of IDR 20K/$2 will be charged for minor revisions. A 50% commission will be charged for major revisions.
One revision session is valid when the client requests changes to the drawing (the client can change more than 1 thing in 1 session), and after the revision results have been submitted and approved, then the other revisions will be counted in a different session.
If the mistake is made by me, it will be corrected at no additional cost.

deadline & delivery

Commission may take up to 1 month depending on commission's complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
I will keep you updated if delays occur. You can monitor the work process at this link.
For priority or in rush needs, the fee will be 25% from the total commission price. Only available within a maximum processing time of 5 days from the date of payment. Cooperation from the client in communication is also expected so that the order can be completed quickly before or according to the specified deadline. Don't forget to confirm via DM/email about the availability for this In Rush service.

refund

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. Example, this may be caused by health problems.
You may cancel before payment is made.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
A refund of the in-rush fee will apply if the delay is caused by negligence or conditions that make it impossible for the artist. If the delay is due to client (such as a late response of more than 2x24 hours), then a refund cannot be made.

intellectual property rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commission artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:

Promote myself and my services,
Post the result on my social media and use it as my portfolio.
Unless you pay for the NDA fee, I will not use the results for any purpose.

commissioner rights

freebies use

Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as freebies.
Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as freebies.
A fee of (0.2 x total commission price) will be charged if the artwork results are used for paid events (events that use HTM), and (0.5 x total commission price) if used for freebies from store sales (such as thank you cards or gift stickers).

commercial use

Clients are obliged to tell the artist if you want to use the commission result as commercial use.
Clients are required to list the artist's name and social media as a credit in the post as well as the printed results that will be used as commercial use.
Commercial use fee is started from range (base price) x 2, and so on. Kindly discuss to the artist.
Both artist and client are required to agree and sign a commercial commission agreement, a letter will be given when a definite price is available.
